  Are you referring to what appears on your Twitter timeline when you publish a post after connecting to Twitter via Publicize ?

  The information shared with Twitter are:
  1. content type
  2. post title
  3. post excerpt
  4. published time
  5. site name
  6. featured image

  The site title is not part of the information sent to Twitter.
