Okay thanks. With Pictorico applied on a free or person plan WordPress.com site there are limited options to change the color of the site title at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds > Background. The default color of the site title text is a shade of bright blue. If you click on “Palettes,” you’ll find six palette options, each of which offers a different color for the site title text. So that’s seven options.
In addition to those seven options, if you select Manual instead of Palettes then you can choose one of the “colors that work well with the other colors in your palette,” or choose another color (see the link “pick your own color”). However, for each of those choices the site title color is a shade of medium blue somewhat darker than the default color. So there are eight total options on the free and personal plans.
The ability to choose a color for the site text other than those eight options is available only with the Advanced Design Customization feature of the Premium and Business Plans (see WordPress.com Plans and Pricing).
