  I just downloaded the ‘Creative Blog’ theme and now my title is stuck as ‘Creative Blog’ and the description is ‘Responsive WordPress Theme’ and i cant change it

  Please confirm which site you are working on.

  On WordPress.com you will choose your theme from our showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you upgraded to the business plan then you could use a third party theme as you have described. But the account you are writing from does not have such an upgrade.

  Help with the open source WordPress installation comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ I believe this is the version of WordPress you are using, rather than the managed hosting environment at WordPress.com.
