My site title can’t change i try many times but my site title can’t change

Hi there,
Could you provide the URL of your site so we could look into it?However, for sites hosted with WordPress.com, you could change the site title by logging into your site dashboard and then going to Settings >> General. On the resulting page, under the “Site Profile” section, you should be able to change your site title.
Also, note that we are only able to provide support for sites hosted with WordPress.com.

Our site mediummagazine.nl is hosted by my university and I am currently an ainistrator in it. The site name is Medium however for some reason when you go to the site it says suga on the top left where it used to say medium. The site title in general settings is medium so I don’t know what’s happening

I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.
Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
