  Hello! I love to write, but I am very new to this whole blogging thing and definitely have never encountered CSS before. I am working on getting my website set up, but I am hitting a brick wall with getting the site title and tagline centered. I have tried a few various codes I have found throughout the forum, but nothing is working.
