Site Title and Tagline Not Appearing on New Static Home Page

  I recently changed my home page from a blog post page to a static homepage and kept the blog page. The site description and tagline still show on the blog post page but I can’t figure out how to make them show on the static home page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The theme(libretto) you are using is having the title on the top left on the static home page. For all other post or pages, title and tagline will be visible.
