  Hello Support,

  I’m trying to manage my WordPress website but it does not allow me to add plugins.

  It says The site Title cannot be accessed.

  Hi there, I have checked your site and there was an issue with the Jetpack connection, which I have resolved and the site dashboard is working for me, and I could access and install plugins. Can you please clear your browser cache and then test thing again?
