  Can I increase the font size of my site title and tagline.
  They are reading much smaller than my page titles.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do the required CSS editing to achieve that.

  Or you can use an image editing application to create a new version of your header image, with the blog title and tagline on it, upload this version in Appearance > Header, and uncheck the option “Show header text with your image”.
