Site Title Not Resizing on Mobile

  Hi, I am having issues with my site title/header bar not resizing on mobile screen with this specific theme: NanoSpace. I have minimal coding experience and nothing I’ve copied and pasted from other help forums seems to work. Any help would be most appreciated. :)
