Site title on the browser tab and not in the website
-
Hi,
I need some help please. I’d like to keep the site title ‘Censored Sands’ up there in the browser tab and not in the site itself. What exactly would I need to do to accomplish this? Thanks so much in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If Modularity Lite is a theme that does not provide the option to remove the header text on this page > Appearance > Header you need to consider moving to another theme.
Removing the site title here > Settings >General may result in search spiders not locating it where they expect to find it and the result can be trouble with getting your content indexed so it displays in search engine results. -
Oh RATS! Ignore what I posted. I failed to note this thread was in the CSS editing forum. Sorry. :(

So basically, I don’t really want a site title or site tagline.
Please look at the picture.
Thanks! -

Exactly, so I want to change the URL to the name of the site on the browser tab to ‘Censored Sands’.

You need to enter the title in Settings > General (deleting it is bad for search engines anyway), and add this in the SS editor:
#masthead { display: none; } -

That’s perfectly alright thesacredpath. :) I’m just glad people are helping.
Panos, sorry but what’s the SS editor? Is that the custom design page? -
