Site title won’t change. Updated in theme settings, also updated in WordPress Admin > Settings > General – Site Title

Theme by WowTheme. Please suggest.

I had a look at http://husbandwiferelationship.com/ and I can’t figure out what might be wrong. Can you share the theme’s name? I can have a look at it and suggest further.
But, please note that http://husbandwiferelationship.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site. Not a WordPress.com site.
