Hi there, only the WordPressdotcom Business plan upgrade can install 3rd party plugins. But are you talking about bots or spam or both?

Hello again, Akismet, our spam program, is very good at identifying spam and putting it in the comments Spam folder for your review. Those comments are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can manually delete them earlier, but it is not necessary. Here’s more about managing comments https://en.support.wordpress.com/unwanted-comments/

If you are finding that spam comments are in your comments Approved or Pending folders, please mark them as spam so that the program learns.
