Site transfer and payment set up

  I would like to transfer my site from wix because they can never speak to me live as I’m in China so it is rather time consuming. Also, they cannot connect my site with my 2checkout account properly.
  Are you able to help me set up a new website with an international payment section for China that works? Can you speak to me live sometimes if I need help?
