Site Transfer issue

  I was the owner of the abovementioned site, and transferred it to another another WordPress account (drskye) using the steps outlined in your ‘how to transfer a site to another person’ article. I did this over a month ago, and now the new owner says that they have never been able to see or access the site on their dashboard, and they did not receive an email to state that a site was transferred to them. Which I’m guessing they should have got.

  Can you please tell me why that would be the case?

  Hi there,

  I see that you successfully transferred that site to @drskye a couple of months ago. They are the sole owner of that site and they should be able to manage it if they log in to their WordPress.com account.

  If they’re having trouble accessing that site tell them to contact us here so we can further help them.
