Site transfer issue

  I transferred the above site to a new owner following the official guidance, and they have received a request to move subdomain to main domain. Frankly, I am at a loss as to what they need to do.

  I have access to the site as an admin, however cannot see how to accomplish making the site and domain the property of the new owner.

  This is a free account, not a premium plan.

  It appears that the https://tvwc2.wordpress.com/ site is still owned by your WordPress.com account. If you’d like to transfer that site to a different WordPress.com account, you can do that by following the steps here:
