site transfer option not there

  I’m trying to transfer my site to a different wordpress account but I dont get the option under settings?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  If the site is hosted here on WordPress.com, only the site owner account can transfer the site and any upgrades to a different WordPress.com account. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/transfer-a-site/

  This info is only relevant for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
