Site type

    I’ve just created a site for my school (Rufus King reads!). I chose the blog site because I wasn’t sure what made sense for us. We’d like to have the ability to have multiple pages or spaces on the page along with links. Does the blog site make sense? Should this be changed to business or professional? Is there a plan for educational institutions?

    Hi Kerry,

    The option you selected during signup doesn’t matter here – all that does is determine what theme and what type of free address is selected for you when you create your site. It makes no difference to how the site actually work, and the type of site only depends on how you set things up.

    It sounds like you’re looking for a traditional page-based website, rather than a blog that focuses on posts/a newsfeed. You can find a guide on how to set up that type of site here:
