site unable to be accessed

    I can’t access my site to edit it, and my host providers have disabled all my plugins, after I asked them to find out why my site wouldn’t load. They said I had http500 error and put my plugins in a folder. How do I access my site? When I try to login to wp admin it says site not secure

    It sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site you’re getting help with, and it’s not the one listed in your question. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
