Site unreachable

  Hi,
  I am trying to get better on WP… :(

  I’ve tried to update an extansion by my site cannot be accessed anymore, when I try to reach it I get this message : Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPBMap::layout() in /home/elidem/www/wp-content/themes/zinc_new/inc/lib/visual-composer/laborator_vc/config.php on line 18

  Is it a serious problem ?

  Hello @marcdemegille
  You seem to using the WordPress.ORG software package for your site.

  You have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM.

  Both(WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Thank you for your answer.

  Actually, I don’t know if I use .ORG or .COM !
  How can you know my website is on .ORG ? (The url is : http://www.elidem.com)

  Hi Marc,
  Usually you can do that by going to http://www.elidem.com/wp-login.php and hovering/clicking on the wordpress logo.

  But since there seems to be some error with your WordPress.ORG install you cannot access that.

  And therefore it shows this error:

  /home/elidem/www/wp-content/themes/zinc_new/inc/lib/visual-composer/laborator_vc/config.php

  which is usually shown on a WordPress.ORG install.

  Hi again,
  Thank you for your quick reply.

  Do I have to install WP on my computer ? Before this problem, I used to put “http://www.elidem.com/wp-login” on google chrome + a PW and it worked.

  I am losing my mind :(

  No you do not need to additionally install anything. It seems like some config error. So i would recommend you to post your question on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

  PS: You can also try re-installing WordPress.ORG on your hosting account.
