Site unreachable for some people

  Hi. I’m receiving in the last days some emails telling me that our site is not “online” to them.

  Some errors they are getting includes:
  This webpage is not available
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
  and in some cases this: http://puu.sh/iOWos.png

  I still don’t know the scope of this problem, if it’s affecting a region or a specific country. Including people who could always access the site, some of them cannot anymore.

  Please help.

  Hi there!

  Is there any possibility that these users are from Syria? There have been some reports of issues from that country:

  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/we-cant-access-our-subdomain-blogs-in-syria?replies=10

  If that’s not it, you can tag this topic with “modlook” and someone from staff will take a look at the problem.

  Not from Syria, but from the last weeks, it seems that the reports were gradually reducing. It looks like the problem (whatever it was) has been resolved, as I didn’t receive more of the same complain during the last days.
