Site unusable

  Hello,

  I haven’t been able to pay for my business plan yet, but it was my understanding that this will not change the look of my site.

  My site is completely unusable. Will this be fixed if I pay for my business plan?

  Hi there,

  I see that your site used to have the WordPress.com Business plan. The Business plan allows some features that are not available in the lower plans (such as third-party themes and plugins). Your site used to have those features. So when the plan expired, those featured were deactivated.

  You can upgrade your site to Business again and reactivate those features. You can do that by activating the plugins/custom theme that you had active before the plan expired.

  Alternatively, after upgrading, you can rewind to how your site was on a particular day before the plan’s expiration by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore/#restoring-from-a-backup
