Site update, site tagline, subheader, footer and features disappeared

  Hi team, after updating my theme, few features on my website have gone.

  – site tagline
  – logo with site title
  – complete footer section
  – youtube links under media no longer shows video and link description has been greyed out.

  Any help is much appreciated/
