Site upgrade – 4 year subscription

    Hello,
    I would like to upgrade my site to the premium subscription plan. In order to complete the subscription upgrade and meet my institution’s internal procurement guidelines, I need to confirm with WordPress that the website can be hosted with the domain name for the next four years (until 2025). Is WordPress able to host subscriber websites for four years?

    Hi there!
    What I know is that domain registration is done yearly. So if you upgrade to the premium subscription plan, this domain will be registered under your account for one year after which you will need to renew it for another year if you wish to retain it. So the your site can be hosted with the domain name for as long as you keep renewing the your subscription plan.

    Hi there!

    As @realtybrokersblog, the domain registration is done for one year. You can then renew it for another year even before the expiration from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
