  Hello,
  I am trying to create a wordpress with the URL http://12685133dl18.wordpress.com
  When I create it, it is saying that the name is reserved however when typing that URL into the web address bar there isn’t a blog currently occupying the URL.
  If you are able to please help me in creating this website I would be very grateful. Thank you!

  Hello there, it would probably that the site using the URL was deleted previously.

  According to this article (https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#permanently-deleting-your-site), the URL of the site that was deleted cannot be re-used anymore.
