  For this you have several options.

  If you already own a domain, you can map it to your WordPress.com site like this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Or, you can buy a paid WordPress.com plan, which come with a domain credit, which you can use to buy a domain through WordPress itself. These are the available plans: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
