Site URL/ WordPress URL have shut down my website

  On the settings in the Wp-admin page of wordpress there are two places to input another redirect for my website to be directed to another page on my website I pay for. (Site Url or WordPress URL} When I did that it shut down my website and I cannot get back into change it back to be directed back to https://tiltnews.us INSTEAD OF https://tiltnews.us/tiltnewsdaily
