site vanished
-
I’ve recently become admin of our school site (http://10dim-vyron.att.sch.gr/), which had been neglected a long time. When I accessed the control panel, a sign was flashing ‘update this site’. I clicked on it and the site disappeared – from my computer and everyone else’s too. What happened? How can I restore the site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! This is how I see your website from my end : http://zcreenshot.com/Screen_Shot_2017-02-23_at_10.06.41_AM.png is not this the expected theme ?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Regarding your other website: http://10dim-vyron.att.sch.gr/ unfortunately for me is not loading at all.

The one you see is another site I manage, which works fine for now.
But the school site refuses to appear ever since I clicked on that accursed “update” button…. I wish I hadn’t…. I’m at my wits’ end, as the school looks up to me to update the site. Was doing ok too, until the glitch… -
Hi there! The website in matter is : http://10dim-vyron.att.sch.gr/ – correct? Well, that website is giving me a 500 Internal Server Error.
Checking the domain, it looks is not hosted on WordPress.com so in order to investigate this issue, you must check with the hosting provider of http://10dim-vyron.att.sch.gr/.
Most likely, http://10dim-vyron.att.sch.gr/ used a very old WordPress version and when you updated the WordPress the theme and many other plugins crashed – who knows? The best option is to check with your hosting provider – they will be able to tell you exactly what’s the issues maybe even to restore it to how it was.
