On 9th Sep 2024 I purchased a 1 year plan for the site arturc129d97b12.wordpress.com, which I later connected to a custom domain.

Last week that subscription expired, but for some reason I am completely unable to access this site on wp-admin, which means I also can’t renew its substctiption.
The site is not listed on my sites list, even though the purchase is clearly visible on my Billing History.

The site still seems to exist, but I am unable to login on it.

    Self-declared URL: arturc129d97b12.wordpress.com
    Jetpack: Unknown
    WP.com: Unknown

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

I also can’t request direct support from WP, because my plan expired. But I can’t renew my plan because the site is not listed for me.

    Hi @arturc129d97b12,

I can see that the Business plan on your site has expired. When a plan on a plugin-enabled site expires, the site automatically downgrades to the Free plan and is set to Private. It seems that an issue occurred during the downgrade process, which caused the error you encountered while trying to sign in. We have resolved this issue, and you should now be able to sign in to your site without any problems.

Since the site is now on the Free plan, your content has been preserved. However, features like plugins and third-party themes are removed from your site.. You can read more about what happens to a site after a downgrade here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/downgrade-your-plan/#downgrade-from-a-business-or-commerce-plan

If you want to restore your site to the way it was before the downgrade, you’ll need to purchase the Business plan again. After purchasing, you can follow the steps in this guide to restore your site:

    https://wordpress.com/support/restore-your-site-after-the-plan-expires/

Let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance.

Thank you for the help. I have repurchased the Business plan, but my content does not seem to be preserved.
The site has only placeholder pages and none of the users were configured. It’s like this is a brand new site.

Please help me restore it to the state it was in.
