  My website views have taken a tremendous drop since August 2018. I’ve added features to my page and deleted some. I understand the lulls of blogging, they’ve happened before but not to this extent.

  I’ve looked at theworddetective.wordpress.com from our side and I can’t see any technical issues that would result in a traffic drop, which suggests this is just a natural fluctuation.

  Traffic from previous years shows 2017 was your best year and at the current rate, 2018 could reach a similar traffic level to 2015 or 2016 — in terms of overall site traffic rather than views on weekly or monthly basis:

  I completely understand a drop in traffic being concerning but I can’t see anything blocking traffic to your site (it is public). We have some tips for getting more views and traffic which may be useful:
