site vs. blog

    I have an account with you and a very old ‘site.’ I deleted the site, and now want to create a completely different blog. But, every time I try to start from scratch it seems that it has already been selected for me that I would want a ‘site’ instead of a ‘blog.’ so, instead of asking me, do you want site or blog and then allowing me to create, site is my only option. How do I start fresh so that I can create a blog not a site?
