Site was created with a different administrator

    Hello,

    I created a site with my personal wordpress account and added a generic administrator account later. I removed my personal account from the site as an administrator, but all of the site upgrades were purchased with my personal account. I am now trying to set up the automatic renewal feature, but I cannot figure out how. I don’t see the update credit card info button or any other button that would allow me to enter new credit card info.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I’m not sure this will work, but you might try adding yourself back as an administrator (with the same e-mail address you used to set the account up in the beginning) and see if that makes it possible for you to access all of the upgrade information again.

    If it does, you can make your required changes from there.

    After that, you will want to transfer official ownership of the page from your personal account to the administrator account by following this procedure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account
