SITE WENT DOWN

  Both of these domain names direct (ONLY) to one site. We HAD a site and on July 7th or 8th, it disappeared. We need it back!
  Can you please restore our site? I received no notice that anything was wrong, or that there was any action we needed to take.

  I am in the process of having Go Daddy rebuild this site, so it now says ‘under construction’.

  Please advise – and please put our site back up.

  The site I need help with is andrewspechtchiropractic.com AND awsdc.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  We can’t help you as none of your sites are running on the wordpress.com platform. If you or your hosting didn’t make a backup, you’ll have to start over again.

  As staartmees explained above, your sites are not hosted on WordPress.com. We can only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following article that details the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

  Both of your sites are self-hosted WordPress.org sites that appear to be hosted by doteasy. You’ll need to contact them for help with those sites.
