  my site went down after I updated a plugin, I changed the name of the folder, and my site is still not reachable.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  Since your domain is using Cloudflare nameservers, it’s difficult to tell who your hosting provider is, but you should reach out to your host for help with this problem. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
