site will not come up and WordPress says I have no sites.

My blog site alittlebitjaded.com is not pulling up. On WordPress it says I have no site. I did, but it’s not showing up at all.
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there,
What’s your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
-
the address is http://www.alittlebitjaded.com.
I set up the WordPress site through bluehost, which is still active. It’s just the WordPress site that seems to be gone. -
Hi there,
Do you want your self-hosted site connected to/managed on your WordPress.com account? I noticed the domain is connected to your account through debug, but I also see that it is not visible while logged into your dashboard.
Please confirm this is what you are referring to and we’ll be happy to look further into this. Thanks!
-
yes, that is what I want. It used to be connected. I would log into WordPress, and my blog site was managed/added to/edited from there. But now nothing is there and typing in the actual website for the blog brings up nothing like it doesn’t exist.

Ok, please try disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard, then connect again when prompted.
That will take care of it. :)
Please let us know if you have any more questions!
-
thank you. I don’t think I am able to do that, as I don’t even have a dashboard showing up on my WordPress account the way it used to. When I click “my site” it shows I don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
And when I go to “my profile” there is a menu on the left but no jetpack, dashboard, etc.

I get this error code on my ssl (showing from bluehost):
DNS DCV: No local authority: “alittlebitjaded.com”; HTTP DCV: The system failed to fetch the DCV (Domain Control Validation) file at “http://alittlebitjaded.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/KX6-3_6L25F0FS1445R2RDNBF8T01MO4” because of an error (cached): Could not connect to ‘66.235.200.145:80’: Connection refused.

Hi! To get it to show up on WordPress.com, you’ll need a working Jetpack connection.
Can you log in at alittlebitjaded.com/wp-admin and disconnect / reconnect Jetpack there?
Once it’s connected properly it will show up on WordPress.com too.
-
I can’t. It just says “safari can’t open the page” because it can’t establish a secure connection to the site
-
Hello there,
I’m getting that too. It looks like there’s an SSL error happening there – are you able to check the domain configuration is as it should be please?
Many thanks.
-
I’m not 100% sure what you mean (I’m fairly new to this), but the domain configuration should be https://alittlebitjaded.com
Registry Domain ID: 2609147472_DOMAIN_COM-VRSN
does that help?

Hi,
Have you tried to reach your WP Admin with another browser like Chrome? Trying a different browser might help you at least to connect your wp-admin and do what is recommended about Jetpack.
For the SSL issue, you had better get in touch with your hosting provider’s (BlueHost I guess) support service.
Hope this helps ;)
