Hi there – Thanks for the URL and the two screenshots. I see you you have a self-hosted WordPress site at iPage at http://www.apsolutionsinc.com.
Next, can you tell us what it is you are trying to accomplish specifically?
-
Ok the connection with a jetpack is broken this is the error message I am getting 500 status code for “POST /sites/71512107/publicize-connections/new”
In Marketing and Integrations, the connections will not connect and share buttons cannot edit.
-
when I run apsolutionsinc.com/xmlrpc.php This page should return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
This is correctNow I believe that the problem is with ipage but they assure me that it is a jetpack problem which I find hard to believe. I think that if I move my site to WordPress this problem will go away the only problem is that I do not think that WordPress offers VPS or shared service. So I will need to find a host that will give me the service I need and don’t block access to any plugin. I might be wrong I have followed all the troubleshooting outlines and gives offered by WordPress and jetpack and they all lead me back to my host.
-
On other things, I have deactivated all plugins except jetpack, and the problem still exists a day after.

It sounds like you are needing help with the Jetpack plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead. We have some basic understanding of the Jetpack plugin but it is not an area of deep expertise so can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking here? Thanks!
