Site will not load on desktop computer

  I can not access my website via wordpress through wordpress.com or bluehost.com. I receive the error that the site is taking too long to respond. The website will not load in any browser.

  This is only on desktop – not on mobile devices, for example.

  This is a recurring issue where suddenly the site will not connect. I’ve tried clearing caches.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Bluehost. You must contact their support to solve this problem yourself.
