site without cookie 'wordpress_test_cookie' does not work

  I am encountered a problem on my site http://saudischoolguide.com that without cookie ‘wordpress_test_cookie’ does not work, it creates a fatal error in the theme.

  Any ideas why?

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
