Site won’t connect to my Jetpack account

  Hi, my website won’t connect to my Jetpack account. Have previously used without any problems for over 2 years. Recently updated to a new server and web developer and we suspect that the problem might be related to the staging site taking over the Jetpack account which we’ve since disabled, but can no longer connect Jetpack back to the live site. Please advise and please CC (email visible only to moderators and staff) on any correspondence.
