Site won't delete

  I’m trying to delete my site, which was a free site with no additional purchased apps or themes, but WP insists it is and won’t allow me to delete the site until I ‘cancel’ these purchases that don’t exist.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you purchase a premium theme at some point?

  It sounds like you may have a premium theme. Do you want Staff to transfer the premium theme to another wordpress.COM hosted site that you have registered?

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another WordPress.COM hosted site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  I doubt it. My purchase history in my account is blank.

  I am not the only administrator of this site. If one of them bought a theme at some point, would that be the cause of the issue?

  Yes. If any of them purchased an upgrade it will impact the ability to delete the site. What’s key is to contact the actual owner of the site and that’s the person who registered it under their username account.
