Site won’t launch

  Hi! I’ve clicked numerous times the ‘Launch Site’ button from the Settings, from a banner on top of the page using the actual URL, from My Home for this site on the Dashboard, and from the email sent with the ‘Publish Site’ button and the screen goes blank. Nothing loads. I refresh and refresh and I go back and try again and nothing happens. I’ve read I just have to sit there and hit the button over and over for 30 minutes or more. That is unacceptable. What is the trouble? Why can’t I launch my site? Thank you for your help!

  I would suggest going through the basic web browser troubleshooting steps. Many issues are solved by them.

  One of the important steps is to try another web browser. If you’re using Chrome, try Firefox, Edge, or Safari.

  Also, make sure whatever browser you’re using is up to date.
