site won't let me cancel

    I can’t seem to cancel payment for premium. I’m logged in, but my “manage” options don’t include the ones on the FAQ. I’d like a refund, because this account is empty and inactive. Please help!

    Is it possible that you don’t have the Premium plan? If you do have it, are you logged into the account that purchased the plan?
