site won't let me renew my domain name

  I’m trying to renew my domain and I’ve followed the link and filled out all of the blanks but when I click on “renew” at the bottom it processes then says at the top, “not_subscribed: this blog is not subcribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?” The only “product” listed that I can actually click on to renew is the one that says Private Registration. It’s very frustrating. Any ideas anyone?

  Please try renewing directly from Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
