Site won’t load

    I purchased my domain name January 2021 and I renewed it on January 21, 2022, and it said my domain name is now back online. When I type in the website address for my blog, and error page loads. I’ve tried this several times now and it is not loading. Now I am afraid my blog doesn’t exist anymore, even though I did renew it in the timeframe. Where is my blog???

    Can you tell us the domain you need help with?

    I checked your account, and the only domain you’ve ever owned with us was lovelemon.blog, which expired in December 2019 already.

    If you’re perhaps speaking of one of your Jetpack-connected sites, prettylittlepassport.com or popcornscreams.com, both those domains are registered and hosted at Bluehost.com, so please contact their support directly for help with either of those domains.
