Site won't load for editing

I last made a change in February. This time when I tried to edit a page, nothing came up. Clicking My Site does the same…no pages or blogs on left hand side.

Hey there, this sounds like it could be due to a browser issue. Typically when we see this, the browser is out of date, has a setting disabled, or is using an extension that conflicts. Sometimes though we’ll run into problems with browser updates, too.
Can you confirm which browser you’re using, and its version?
And, could you try clearing your browser cache to see whether that helps? This article explains how:

I use a constantly updated version of Chrome. I disabled Cache Killer last year but do not think that is problem, i.e. not seeing “artifacts.”
Anyway, it started responding after some rooting around in some new places. But is WAY different than before COVID put my business out of commision for a year. Getting stuff to work after adjusting to all the changes. Wondered if somebody had to run into the back room to get my older files!

Can you visit this page and let us know what you see for “Operating System” and “Web Browser”?
This will give us some extra troubleshooting info about your computer. Also what if you use a different browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer/Edge. Do you have any luck if you use something other than Chrome?
