Site won’t load, keeps going to bluehost

    Hi,

    I recently changed my hosting from BlueHost back to WordPress.com (creator plan) because I simply could not afford BlueHost right now.

    I had wordpress do the domain transfer and I clicked the option to point the DNS to WordPress servers and yet, the domain still doesn’t load the site. I don’t know what else to do. I’ve emailed support three times over multiple days and have gotten no response.

    I’m at a loss. The site that loads is of a suspended Blue Host site https://huewatchedit.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi?theme_preview=true&iframe=true&frame-nonce=f11fe6f497

    Good Morning –

    Thank you for writing to us for help with huewatchedit.com. I can see 2 potential causes for the domain trouble you’ve explained.

    From your domain provider account please remove the A Record that is in place. In order for the domain to get connected and the SSL to process all of these records need to point here. The A Record does not point to WordPress.com. If this doesn’t work, I’ll ask you to contact the domain registrar and ask them to disable DNSSEC.

    Please write back to me here once the A Record has been removed so I can take another look.
