site won't publish

  I set up a free account and had no issues. I set up another site, and this time I wanted a custom design. I paid 99.00 for it and it does not work. I guess I should cancel and go with the free one? Why can’t I publish my new paid for site??

  I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your WordPress.com site.

  You mentioned eatmyartstudio.wordpress.com in your message, but you’re referring to not being able to see your domain for the other site on your account, is that correct?

  yes….I think it may be because I registered a new url “earthpods.org” to go with the custom site…may not be able to view it for 24 hours….problem is, if I don;t like the site, I have to cancel within 48 hours. Kind of hard to tell if I want to keep the design or not if I cannot even preview it…
  I guess I will wait until tomorrow and see if it somehow becomes available then. If not I suppose I will just have to cancel the account…sadly. I wasted a whole day trying to get this done!

  We’ve checked your domain and it’s returning a status we rarely encounter. So, I’ve contacted our domain registrar to get this fixed up, and I’ll reply back once I hear from them.

  In the meantime, I’ve changed your primary domain (Settings -> Domains) to your WordPress.com blog address so you can view your blog.

  To manage your blog, you can navigate to the blog dashboard from the main menu (top right) in the admin bar. (You can start from the WordPress.com home page.)

  I just heard back from our registrar and they’ve activated the domain to your account. I’ve updated the primary domain for you, and earthpods.org loads your WordPress.com site perfectly from our end.
