site won't publish

  Hi, I have my wordpress website all ready, but it just won’t publish. When I visit the website logged in it looks fine, but if I log out and visit, it just shows the under construction page. What should I do to get it to publish? Thanks for any thoughts.

  oh nevermind, finally after visiting the page two dozen times, a button showed up saying ‘launch’. Everything’s fine now.
