  Errors with a message that says an internal error has occurred, try again. Nothing works. Help, please.

  Hi there,

  On our end I see a failed charge for your account that failed because it require authentication.

  During the checkout process you should have been directed to a 3D-Secure page where you had to provide a one-time code sent by your bank, typically via SMS or email. The transaction failed because that step was never completed.

  Can you try again, and make sure you complete this authentication step.
