SITE WP ERASED BY MISTAKE

    Hello,

    I think i have accidentally erased it from wordpress, trying to fix a pb with my jetpack…

    could you ,please, fix this?
    and in the same time could you disconnect the jetpack extension from it ?

    Hi Julian,

    I see that site was disconnected from your account two weeks ago.

    But we have no ability to reconnect the site from our end. To reconnect Jetpack you’ll need to log into WP-Admin on that site directly, and click on Jetpack in the menu. Then follow the steps there to reconnect.

    and in the same time could you disconnect the jetpack extension from it ?

    Do you mean you want to delete the Jetpack plugin from the site? That we also cannot help with, as we have no access to your site – the only access we’ve ever had is the limited access provided through the Jetpack connection, and that access was revoked the moment you disconnected Jetpack.

    So only you have the ability to delete the plugin, either from in the WP-Admin dashboard, or else by deleting the Jetpack plugin folder directly from your server. For help accessing files on your server, please contact your hosting provider directly.
