Plugin activation is ok, but when making connection to WordPress.com receives a the error described:
site_inaccessible

Hi,
Can you see that XML-RPC is enabled in Settings -> Writing?
If it is, can you ask your host if they’re blocking XMLRPC?

As you can see here (http://redemotivacao.com.br/xmlrpc.php) XMLRPC is enabled and acessible. -
Hi there,
I can currently see your site – did you disable your Jetpack? Often when there is an error connecting, we recommend that the user disable then re-enable Jetpack to see if that helps.
After that, we tend to recommend switching off all plugins and then turning them back on one at a time to see if there is a conflict.
